I am grateful to serve as one of the first women rabbis to come from the Czech Republic, now calling London home as part of the rabbinic team at Westminster Synagogue.
My path to Judaism grew from curiosity about meaning, starting with academic study at Charles University in Prague and later rabbinic training in Potsdam, Jerusalem, and London. Before entering the rabbinate, I earned a Ph.D. in Jewish Theology at Charles University, researching the mystical teachings of the Maharal of Prague, whose work, rich in metaphor and ethical depth, continues to shape my view of Torah as a living presence that invites us to bring the ancient stories to the here and now.
I care deeply about creating an atmosphere of welcome, mutual service, and genuine personal connection, actively shaping spaces where Torah is a living presence and where everyone matters.
I seeJudaism as ethical monotheism in action: inviting all of us to leave a positive impact in the world, lead by example, and nurture compassionate and communities.
My passion is to support people in finding purpose, joy, and meaningful engagement—whether through learning, prayer, or acts of kindness.
Outside synagogue life, I’m drawn to writing, teaching, and quiet moments that inspire soulful reflection. You’ll most likely meet me exploring the London parks and galleries or with a quirky novel in my hand.
